This map is an on-going project. If you have any suggestions, please let us know in the comments.
We have included a couple of locations/sights just outside the border of Nagano-ken. It seemed like the right thing to do.

I like the idea of your list, but the format doesn't work very well. The text blurbs appear off the screen for any of the areas from Suwa-ko and south. You have symbols but no key. The map often leaves you on the northern portion after you open a text description for something in the south, so you have to constantly adjust the map to see the text or the map area.
